  Have been in the actual establishment twice in the last month. Once was to check on rates for a birthday party. After waiting about 10-15mins for someone to address us we were handed a paper and told call this number. Wouldn't have been so bad if the employees were actually busy but they were goofing off and joking around (about 4 of them with a customer).
  Second time my husband called before we left the house to see if they were having open bowling or leagues on a particular night. The female on the other end of the phone said open bowling after 7:30. We get up there and the place is FULL!! Go to the counter and then told leagues aren't over until 9:30.
  This place needs to get their stuff together. . . Sad we went somewhere else close by that was expensive.
