  The service here is horrendous to say the least. 20 minute wait time for a table outside which wasn't even full, inside dining area wasn't full either so yeah, they weren't busy. Our wait time ended up being longer. Once seated it took another 10 minutes for a server to actually show up. I did go up and asked if there is a server and was given the answer she'll be right with you. Once she did she seemed disinterested nor apologized for taking so long. She then took order and left. Our appetizer showed up before our drinks did, I guess because ice tea is such a problem to make right? No silverware was brought either, so I just grabbed some off a tray that was sitting outside. Drinks finally came with our main entree..is that a thing for this establishment? Never saw our waitress again to refill or ask how we were. Never stepping foot back in there again. Food wasn't even served at a decent temperature. You can apologize and say you'll take corrective action all you want, but that doesn't give me my two wasted hours back. There was only one person there that acted like they cared and I should have gotten her name, she brought out the appetizer and could tell that we were not happy. The rest of the staff were rude and unprofessional. The cat hanging outside was more attentive to our needs.
