  We celebrated our sons 9th birthday at main event and the service was awful. Mr. Greg who is the manager is a gentleman and the only saving grace to this place. He understood our experience was not good and ensured we were compensated.
  
  Secondly, the crowd/gentry is what you should watch. At another occasion, I was there with my 2 kids and had a bad experience / argument with a group of teenagers who think they can go about saying f*** words, any amount, in front of kids (there were several around). They were eventually escorted out but people at main event told me it was not a good idea to be there all by myself with the kids at this hour (it was 9:15 pm at that moment). So, please I would advise not going to this facility after 8 pm or go there in a big group. Again, Mr. Greg to our rescue. He made sure my kids and I were escorted safely to our car and stayed there until we drove off.
  
  Bottom line, there is a bar, and billiards and not a safe place for families with young children after 8 pm. I would be very cautious going there late hours.

  Went here about 2 weeks ago (has been about 2 years since prior visit due to horrible service and staff back then i would only go when louis Flores was working but other than that everyone else just plain rude and unprofessional ) and let me say the service was on point other servers walked by me and i understand its a weekend its busy but man oh man this one person(Karen) decided to stop and ask me "sir hello my name is Karen has any helped you?" I responded no so she goes on to take my drink order get it out on the fly put my food order in had it out in less than 10 min this girl was running her tail off back and forth just over all amazing attitude altho some guest were rude to her just awesome. When i say i will be back to do my company party here it will only be because of this young lady . Karen hands down will be the only reason i go back and spend money with this company. I only hope to go back and see this young lady with a higher position maybe manager to get the rest of the employees in order.

  Awesome place to go for family fun. But, they have young kids (high school) working who does not have exceptional customer service skills, as a matter of fact no customer service skills. My kids enjoyed the activities.
